My very first new recipe since launching Kent Survival Sauces — this is my take on a Korean BBQ classic. It’s rich in umami, perfectly balanced with sweetness and spice.
Packed with bold flavour and a sticky texture, it’s perfect for chicken either fried or grilled, great to elevate your burgers and wraps, and whole lot more.

For those who love their sauce sweet and tangy, I’ve created a brand new Sweet Honey BBQ Sauce.
Slather it on burgers and sausages, or take it a step further and whip up some pulled pork — it works well with just about everything!
🔥 Bourbon Chipotle BBQ
My first recipe and the start of my BBQ journey. Over a year or trials, tastings and cook outs brought me to my bourbon, Chipotle sauce. A more complex flavour profile for those looking for something new. Wings, pulled pork, burgers, this sauce goes with just about anything.
