Please note the shipping schedule for orders placed during our upcoming break:
Orders placed between 17th October and 28th October at 1:00 PM will be shipped on 28th October.
Orders placed after 28th October at 1:00 PM until 24th November at 1:00 PM will be shipped on 24th November.
From 24th November, normal operations resume.

with “REFUND” and your order number in the subject line. We will process your refund within 24 hours of receiving your email.
We currently ship to the UK, EU, USA, and Canada.
Important: Unfortunately, sauces cannot be shipped to the USA at the moment due to new import regulations. We’re actively working to resume U.S. sauce deliveries as soon as possible. Merchandise such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, and accessories can still be ordered and shipped as normal.
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please note that import duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
