"I'm enjoying the products" is a gross understatement. The sauces are far superior to anything else on the market today. Bold flavour without the over bearing, high fructose corn syrup, sweetness of the commercial sauces.
The spice blends are packed with spice and not salt! This may sound obvious but so many commercial blends are so salty you can't use them in great quantities, just a little sprinkle. The jerk seasoning in particular I use to fully coat a piece of meat (pork belly being my go to) and it's not over salted, just spiced to within an inch of it's life. My most recent purchase of the Smokey Wings Spice Blend has surpassed my, already high, expectations! So versatile. Wings, thighs, whole chicken, pork belly slices and even the humble tattie are elevated to angels crying on your tongue levels of tastyness. 100% recommended.
